PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories is one of the fast growing pharmaceutical company. To support our aggresive business expansion, we are looking for young tallented candidates to fill the position in HRD Division as:

A. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SR.SUPERVISOR
Qualifications required:
Bachelor degree from any background
Has at least 5 years working experience in Training & Development with latest position as Training Specialist or T&D Supervisor
Familiar with all aspects of Training & Development activities such as budgeting, TNA, training result effectiveness, material set up, etc
Has experience as Trainer or Training Facilitator in soft skill development would be a big plus point
Confidence, good communication and presentation skill
B. HRD SUPERVISOR
Qualifications required:
Bachelor Degree in Management, Law, or other relevant field
Has at least 3 years experience as HRD Officer / Sr.Staff
Familiar with HR Operational activities such as absent, benefit claim, over time, employee and industrial relation, promotion, mutation, etc
Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skill
Handiness and resourcefull to executes the HRD daily activities
Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
