Proses peralihan kekuasaan kembali terjadi di akhir Perang Dunia II pada Agustus 1945, saat Jepang menyerah kepada Sekutu. Kesempatan ini dimanfaatkan oleh para pemuda dan buruh listrik melalui delegasi Buruh/Pegawai Listrik dan Gas yang bersama-sama dengan Pimpinan KNI Pusat berinisiatif menghadap Presiden Soekarno untuk menyerahkan perusahaan-perusahaan tersebut kepada Pemerintah Republik Indonesia. Pada 27 Oktober 1945, Presiden Soekarno membentuk Jawatan Listrik dan Gas di bawah Departemen Pekerjaan Umum dan Tenaga dengan kapasitas pembangkit tenaga listrik sebesar 157,5 MW.

Pada tanggal 1 Januari 1961, Jawatan Listrik dan Gas diubah menjadi BPU-PLN (Badan Pimpinan Umum Perusahaan Listrik Negara) yang bergerak di bidang listrik, gas dan kokas yang dibubarkan pada tanggal 1 Januari 1965. Pada saat yang sama, 2 (dua) perusahaan negara yaitu Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) sebagai pengelola tenaga listrik milik negara dan Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) sebagai pengelola gas diresmikan.

Pada tahun 1972, sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah No.17, status Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) ditetapkan sebagai Perusahaan Umum Listrik Negara dan sebagai Pemegang Kuasa Usaha Ketenagalistrikan (PKUK) dengan tugas menyediakan tenaga listrik bagi kepentingan umum.

Seiring dengan kebijakan Pemerintah yang memberikan kesempatan kepada sektor swasta untuk bergerak dalam bisnis penyediaan listrik, maka sejak tahun 1994 status PLN beralih dari Perusahaan Umum menjadi Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) dan juga sebagai PKUK dalam menyediakan listrik bagi kepentingan umum hingga sekarang.

On October 27, 1945, President Soekarno established Electricity and Gas Bureau under the Departement of Public Works and Energy with power plant capacity of 157.5 MW.

On January 1, 1961, Gas and Electricity Bureau was changed to BPU-PLN (Board of General Administration of the State Electricity Company) that focused on electricity, gas and coke sectors. On January 1, 1965 BPU-PLN was dismissed and 2 (two) state owned enterprises were formalised,namely Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN), a state-owned electricity company, to manage electrity power and Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) to manage gas power.

In 1972, in accordance with Government Regulation No.17, the State-owned Electricity Company was enacted as a State-owned General Electricity Company and as PKUK responsible to provide electricity to meet public needs. While the Government policy was giving opportunity to the Private Sectors to focus on the provision of electricity, the status of PLN was changed from a General Company to Corporation’ as well as PKUK in providing electricity for public needs until the present.

Credit Guarantee Jamkrindo Indonesia or abbreviated, is a state-owned Indonesian Government established under PP. 41 of 2008, dated May 19, 2008. Perum Jamkrindo given the task to carry out business activities in the field of credit guarantee to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Cooperatives (UMKMK), including individual credit guarantee activities, consulting services and management services to UMKMK. While the intent and purpose of Perum Jamkrindo is to implement and support government policies and programs in economics and national development, by conducting credit guarantee for UMKMK.

Human Resources Manager (IB2)

Main purpose of job
Foster best practice in all aspects of human resources (HR) work. Provide advice to managers and jobholders on Terms and Conditions of Service, HR policy and straightforward questions of employment law. Support implementation of the organisation's major change agenda. Implement the Embassy Learning and Development plan. Provide support to the Ambassador and his/her Deputy in managing change and promoting good staff morale.

Duties and responsibilities

Oversee terms and conditions of service for Indonesia based staff and ensure compliance with local labour law
Drive improvements to the HR policies and processes for the Embassy by continuously reviewing business processes to deliver a more effective, efficient and professional operation
Support the Embassy's Indonesia and regional change agenda: contributing to modernization of working practices; supporting staff during major periods of change, and liaising with regional colleagues
Provide expertise on recruitment, compensation, performance management and redundancy issues.
Provide guidance on sensitive staff matters to both diplomatic and Indonesian based staff, including management issues and dispute resolution.
Liaise with Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) HR Managers, HR practitioners in other diplomatic missions and companies, local lawyers and labour organisations
Drive implementation of Embassy Learning and Development plan, including being a proactive member of Embassy Training Committee

Remuneration
